Each course table presents development phases and all-faculty alignment meetings woven together in
chronological order. Deadlines are firm. If you have concerns about hitting a deadline,
come to the Instructional Designer early — not the week before.

Attendance Principles
| Principle | Detail |
|---|---|
| Who is required | At least one member from each teaching team listed as "Required" must attend. The full teaching team is strongly encouraged. Project coaches are expected at all Post-Live Reflection meetings. |
| Who is welcome | All faculty and program staff are welcome — and encouraged — at every meeting, regardless of whether their course is active in that cycle. |
| Post-Live Reflection meetings | The first meeting after each course's live in-person session is designated as the Post-Live Reflection. Both instructors from the completed course are required. The debrief covers the live session, DRIVE Innovation Project handoff themes, and lessons for subsequent course teams. |
| Dual reflections (Meeting #10) | Meeting #10 (Feb 19, 2027) serves as the Post-Live Reflection for both Course 3 and Course 4. Both teaching teams are required. |
| Final Debrief (Meeting #14) | Friday, July 11, 2027 — two Fridays after the Program Close on June 25. Required — all teams. Full program retrospective: cohort outcomes, lessons learned, and program close. |
